This six-week experiential course offers a practical and supportive introduction to mindfulness meditation and everyday awareness. Through guided practices, gentle instruction, group reflection, and take-home exercises, participants learn how to cultivate present-moment attention and develop healthier relationships with stress, emotions, and thoughts.

Each two-hour weekly session builds progressively, helping you establish a sustainable personal practice while integrating mindfulness into daily life.

No prior meditation experience is required.
